is a full-time teacher with Ramey Job Corps Center as a Reading English instructor and has been with the center for almost a decade. His educational background is a master’s degree in arts with a major in educational management and leadership from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. Osvaldo is certified by the Puerto Rico Department of Education as a teacher of English for the secondary school.
